Quadrant is to continue to provide contract catering services at 1,150 Royal Mail sites across the UK after its contract was extended by the postal firm.
The current deal expires in September but the firm which is a joint venture between Compass Group and Royal Mail will now offer food services to 185,000 postal workers until September 2013.
Steve Buesden, the managing director of Quadrant, said: "We are delighted to extend our successful working partnership with Royal Mail, and look forward to continually improving customer satisfaction levels while delivering real value for money."
Royal Mail claimed the deal is the largest catering contract in the UK, with Quadrant staff expected to serve more than 1.5 million meals and 3.5 million cups of tea every year.
Stephen Cole, head of business services at Royal Mail Group Procurement, added that the new contract was part of its efforts to support its staff, helping to ensure "they can get the benefit of a top-quality, nutritious and value-for-money catering service".
Quadrant will also provide hotel services at the Royal Mail Training college.
