New Sodexo deal to create contract catering jobs

Contract catering giant Sodexo has signed a £4 million deal with Thames Valley University.
Under the terms of the deal, the firm will provide catering, retail and hospitality services for students and staff across the university's four campuses.
Sodexo secured the deal following a tender process which saw a rival catering firm lose the contract after over 12 years.
Catering services will be provided at a number of outlets, with sandwiches, salad boxes, soups and yoghurts being made available via the firm's 'theunity' food offer.
The move will create 40 contract catering jobs in Ealing, Slough, Brentford and Reading.
Jane Bristow, managing director of Sodexo Education, said: "This is an exciting win for Sodexo and a great addition to our portfolio of universities and further evidence that we understand the needs of such a diverse client base."
Earlier this month, it was reported that Sodexo had signed a five-year, £2.6 million deal with Nuffield Health Fitness and Wellbeing Centres, which will see it providing catering services across 15 outlets.
