New 'flagship hotel' to open in Hounslow

Signalling the arrival of "a new breed of modern hotels" for the town, Accor-owned budget brand Etap is set to open a new branch in Hounslow, it has been reported.

Accor is currently carrying out hospitality recruitment for the 148-bedroom hotel which will launch in the town centre in October 2008, suggesting good news for seekers of hospitality jobs wanting a career in an expanding company.

Etap London emphasises the important business location of its new site, as well as being within ten minutes of Heathrow Airport.

Wi-Fi access is available in all public areas of the hotel.

Accor requires its new employees to demonstrate "a passion for hospitality" as well as enthusiasm and commitment to the job, according to its website.

Accor Hospitality claims to have 40 years of experience in the hotel business and aims to open 200,000 new rooms across its worldwide locations between 2006 and 2010.
