A brand new £23 million hotel is set to open for business in Belfast later this month, it has been reported.

The Park Inn establishment – which officially opens on Monday (December 22nd) – will create more than 60 full-time local jobs, as well as additional part-time positions.

Its 145 rooms incorporate ten which are business-friendly, eight wheelchair accessible and 12 that interconnect, which may be of note to those considering hospitality recruitment.

Furthermore, guests can take advantage of conference facilities, a fitness suite, sauna and steam room, reports 4NI.co.uk.

General manager Gerard Kelly said: "We are very excited to soon be opening the doors to this fantastic hotel, literally in the heart of the city, a few minutes stroll from all the shops, theatres and the main business district."

Mr Kelly added that he and his staff were looking forward to giving the customer's the full "Park Inn experience".

Park Inn is part of the Carlson hotel group, which also includes the Radisson and Park Plaza chains.
