People looking for hotel jobs in the West Midlands have been given a boost as Premier Inn has announced plans to build a new establishment that will bring 45 roles to the area.

The hotel chain will build a 112-bedroom establishment at Warwickshire's Opus 40 business park after a deal worth £2 million was worked out with developers Opus Land.

Opus managing director Richard Smith stated that the new development is in an ideal location and will help meet the area's need for a budget hotel.

He added: "Whilst primarily meeting the demand generated by companies in and around the business park, the new hotel will also boost tourism in Warwick and contribute to the economic vitality of the town."

According to Travel Daily, Premier Inn recently opened a new Premier Inn hotel at Stratford, adjacent to the 2012 Olympic Park.
