Hospitality jobs could be generated in the West Midlands through plans from RPS to develop a 250-room, safari-style hotel in a Bewdley wildlife park in conjunction with a rail link set up by the Severn Valley railway operator.
The hotel would be built near road access to the safari park and close to the conference centre and water park, reports the Express and Star.
An artist's impression of what the structure will look like was revealed at a question-and-answer session with local residents about the development plans.
This was set up to assuage concerns over potential disruption to the area, with people concerned about potential overcrowding and heavy traffic.
"Road measures have to be considered and I am pleased this is being taken into consideration," said Guy Metti, a retired nurse.
RPS spokesman Richard Boother added that plans are in place to deal with the prospect of driving congestion.
Over 250 hotel jobs could be generated according to the safari park's HR manager Michelle Gale, who claimed training would be provided to all suitable candidates.
