A group of four of Manchester's most talented chefs are set to be put through their paces as part of an upcoming fundraiser for the Children In Need campaign.
The event, set to take place on November 4th, will see the culinary experts mentor four BBC Radio Manchester presenters to produce a four-course dinner for paying guests.
BBC North West Tonight will be on-hand with the radio team to capture the thrills and spills as Allan Beswick, Andy Crane, Becky Want and Heather Stott put their cooking skills to the test.
The Radission Edwardian's executive chef Neil Armstrong will oversee the starters, while personal chef and Gourmet Gusto Jason Palin, Room head chef Pete Taylor and Mark Rossi from Michael Caines Abode will monitor the other courses.
Children In Need mascot Pudsey Bear will also be on-hand to enjoy the festivities and watch the chaos as the presenters swap their usual equipment for oven gloves.
