Hospitality jobs set for Teesside?

New hospitality jobs look set to be created in Teesside as one of the north-east's leading bar and restaurant groups prepares to open a new outlet.

Principle Leisure, formerly Aquaclear, is set to open a new venue on Westgate in Guisborough, the Middlesbrough Evening Gazette reported.

The development is the first of several planned for the Redcar and Cleveland district, meaning yet more hospitality jobs could be created in the future.

Speaking to the news provider, Stuart Young, managing director of the firm, explained that the outlet would cater for a range of customers from "grannies who want to come in for a cup of tea" to clubbers looking to take advantage of the late licence.

Principle already owns a number of bars and restaurants in the Tyneside area, including Popolo, Blue Coyote, and San Lorenzo.

Recent Nebusiness.co.uk reported that the Head of Steam is set to open its fifth outlet in Newcastle, potentially creating pub jobs.
