Popular Michelin-starred restaurant Hibiscus has relocated to new premises in London.
The eatery was opened in 2000 by Claude and Claire Bosi in the town of Ludlow, Shropshire, impressing critics, culinary experts and locals with its sophisticated cuisine.
Mr Bosi - who trained under some of the most respected figures in the chef world, including Alain Passard and Alain Ducasse - won his first Michelin star at Hibiscus in 2001.
A second star came in 2004 but now the owners have decided to relocate the restaurant from its country home to the heart of London's trendy Mayfair, with Property Week reporting that Hibiscus's new outlet on Maddox Street offers 3,000 square feet of space.
Those employed in restaurant work roles at the eatery will have to live up to the high standards set by the original Hibiscus, something it appears they are already proving successful at.
In her review of the restaurant, Daily Telegraph journalist Zoe Williams praised the quality of the food at the new venue, adding: "It was all so special."
