Buddha Bar coming to London

Buddha Bar is set to create new restaurant work roles in the UK as it prepares to unveil its first eatery in London, it has been revealed

The firm operates a chain of restaurants across the world, in locations such as Paris, Dubai, Beirut and Cairo, and is now preparing to launch a venue in the capital.

According to the Independent on Sunday, Buddha Bar London will be located near Embankment on the north bank of the River Thames and will open its doors to customers in July.

Although details of the new venue have not been revealed, other outposts in the chain offer a relaxed restaurant and trendy bar split over two levels, with some also offering a lounge.

Buddha Bar says the food prepared by those working as a chef in each of its kitchens "skilfully combines exotic delicacies with high-class cuisine".

The firm is also preparing to launch Buddha Bar Kiev and Buddha Bar Hotel & Spa Panama City, with the latter comprising of a five-star luxury property as well as a restaurant and spa facilities.
