London-based takeaway chain Me Love Sushi is making forays into the casual dining scene with its latest opening.
The group opened its first restaurant in Swiss Cottage, London this week with the aim of offering an informal eating experience.
Food orders are placed at the bar and are then prepared and served at large communal tables, reports Big Hospitality.
Additionally, it features the Me Love Sushi Champagne and Sake Bar upstairs, which seats 44 people and offers a range of champagnes, sakes, saketinis and Japanese snacks.
Sashimi, nigiri and rolls, and one-bowl noodle and rice dishes are all available on the extensive menu.
Numerous specialities are also on offer, including black cod with miso sonburi, soft shell crab temaki and the phoenix futomaki.
Those interested in restaurant work may want to note that the chain is planning to open outlets in Marble Arch, Islington, Maida Vale and Bromley in the near future.
