The South Staffordshire Weston Park estate could soon be home to a new 80-seat restaurant and bar.
Restaurant work in the area could receive a boost if the plans, which would see the transformation of the 18th century listed Granary building into an eatery, get the go-ahead, reports the Express and Star.
Under the proposals, the pig sties would be demolished to make way for a new kitchen and ancillary areas would be converted for food preparation and storage.
Colin Sweeney, chief executive of Weston Park, told the news provider: "The development of a restaurant in the Granary at Weston Park is the last piece of the restoration project.
"It will complement the farm shop and exhibition gallery experiences and further open up this amazing building for all year round public use."
Last weekend, the estate played host to the V Festival, which welcomed music acts such as Katy Perry, The Killers and The Specials.
